Is your flour non-GMO?

Yes, all of our flour is non-GMO and USDA Organic. Technically, all U.S. commercial flour is non-GMO, but most is made from hybridized wheat that contains synthetic ingredients. All our flour (except Pastry Flour) is made from non-hybridized wheat. After our 2025 harvest, ALL our flour will come from non-hybridized wheat.

Do you use glyphosate?

No, we do not use glyphosate. As a USDA Organic farm, we never use synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides.

Is your flour enriched or fortified?

No. Unlike conventional flour, which is stripped of nutrients and then artificially fortified, our flour is stone-milled to preserve its natural nutrients and flavor. We never use synthetic additives, chemicals, bleach, bromate, or any other artificial ingredients.

Where is your farm located?

Our farm is located in Alvin, Illinois, where we grow organic grains with the same care and dedication that has been passed down for four generations.

How fresh is your flour?

Our flour is as fresh as it gets. We stone-mill our flour in small batches, and the mill date is included on every bag so you can know exactly when your flour was made.
