Fresh Homemade Brownies

These homemade brownies are everything a brownie should be: rich, fudgy, and packed with chocolatey goodness. Made with our freshly stone-milled Organic All-Purpose Flour, they boast a depth of flavor and a texture that’s second to none. Every bite is a perfect balance of decadence and homemade charm, guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Farm2Flour All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 12"x8" pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

  2. Prepare the wet ingredients: Whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition until thick and glossy.

  3. Combine the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients with a spatula until just combined.

  4. Incorporate mix-ins: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and nuts (if using).

  5. Bake the brownies: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (but no wet batter). Cooking time may vary if using a different pan size.

  6. Cool completely: Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes. For clean slices, cool completely or chill briefly before cutting.

Serve these brownies slightly warm for the ultimate indulgence. The rich, chocolatey flavor paired with the depth of our freshly milled flour creates a decadent treat that's impossible to resist!
