Chocolate Chipless Cookies: All Dough, No Chips

Chocolate Chipless Cookies: All Dough, No Chips

Soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet, these Chocolate Chipless Cookies are a delightful treat. Made with our Organic All-Purpose Flour, they’re easy to whip up and irresistibly delicious—ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted halfway and cooled slightly
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups Farm2Flour Organic All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Directions:

  1. Prepare Oven and Baking Sheet: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt Butter and Mix Sugars: Melt the butter halfway, then whisk it with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Whisk in the egg and vanilla until fully combined and glossy.

  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.

  5. Mix Dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing for the softest cookies.

  6. Portion the Dough: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving at least 2 inches between each.

  7. Bake to Perfection: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

  8. Perfectly Round Cookie Tip: Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, use a cup or small bowl slightly larger than the cookie to shape them into perfect circles by making a circular motion over each cookie. This trick also plumps them up slightly.

  9. Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Each bite of these Chocolate Chipless cookies is tender, buttery, and rich with  sweetness. Serve them warm with a glass of milk or enjoy them as a sweet snack any time of day!
