CinnaCrunch Bagels — A Sweet & Crunchy Twist!

These CinnaCrunch bagels are simply amazing. Made with our freshly milled Organic All-Purpose flour, they offer a perfectly tender bite and a caramelized, cinnamon crunch. Whether enjoyed as a breakfast treat or a midday snack, these bagels bring a bakery-fresh experience right to your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • Bagel Dough
    • 2 cups Farm2Flour all-purpose flour
    • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • Egg Wash
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp water
  • CinnaCrunch Topping
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    • 4 tbsp salted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and stir until a shaggy dough forms.

  2. Knead: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth and slightly elastic.

  3. Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and shape into bagels.

  4. Egg Wash: Whisk the egg with water and brush over each bagel to create a golden, glossy finish.

  5. Add CinnaCrunch Topping: In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Generously spoon the mixture over the bagels, ensuring each one is fully coated.

  6. Bake:

    • Air Fryer: Air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, checking around 15 minutes to prevent over-browning.

    • Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and place a shallow pan of water on the bottom rack for steam. Bake the bagels for 15 minutes, then remove the water pan. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the CinnaCrunch topping is golden and caramelized.

  7. Cool & Enjoy: Let the bagels cool on a wire rack.
There’s nothing like biting into a warm, freshly baked CinnaCrunch bagel - we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
