Ingredients

  • 1 stick (Β½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • Β½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • Β½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (240g) Farm2Flour Einkorn All-Purpose Flour
  • Β½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Β½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Β½ cup (90g) dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat & Prep:Β Preheat oven toΒ 375Β°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cream Butter & Sugar:Β In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients:Β Mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Combine Dry Ingredients:Β In a separate bowl, whisk together the einkorn flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  5. Fold in Chocolate:Β Gently stir in the chocolate chips.

  6. Scoop & Bake:Β Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them aboutΒ 2 inches apart. Bake forΒ 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
