Ingredients
- 2 cups (240 g) Farm2Flour Einkorn Flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup (150g) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 5 tablespoons (70 g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
